This website was created in 2007, through a grant from the California Community College Chancellor's office.  The purpose of this website is to become a one-stop repository of all pertinent California college and university information, thus reducing the amount of data mining required to adequately counsel California community college transfer students.

This website was designed specifically for CCC transfer counselors and NOT intended for student use. If you are a student who has found this site, while we commend you for being "surf-wise", we STRONGLY recommend that you set an appointment with your CCC transfer counselor for an accurate interpretation of the contents within this website.

Broken Links
To ensure you are getting accurate and up-to-date information, this website incorporates links that direct you to information formulated by the four-year systems or directly from the universities.  However, it also increases the possibility of experiencing broken links.  Because of the vast amount of universities links contained in this website, we would appreciate it if you would notify the webmaster when you come across a broken link so it can be corrected quickly and efficiently.

Page Browsing Tips
Since we incorporate links that direct you from information formulated by the four-year systems and universities, we have no control over the functionality of the pages.  For example, not all pages that you visit may have an active BACK button. Additionally, if a link informs you that it opens a new window, it does not  necessarily mean that the window it opens will return you to this website.  As you  become familiar with the links on this website you will recognize which links might be problematic.  To fix this problem:

Opening A New window or Tab
If your browser does not open a new tab or window each time you enter a link, such as Mozilla Firefox does, we suggest that you either download Mozilla Firefox or open a new window yourself - before you open a link.  You can open a new window by simply pointing to a hyperlink and then right click on the hyperlink with your mouse.  A pop-up menu will appear from which you can select the "Open New Window" or "New Window" command.  After you select the "Open New Window" command  you can then click on a hyperlink and it will open in the new window while leaving the other windows that you already have opened active and accessible. You can then select any opened window from the browser window on your start bar and "jump" back and forth between each opened window.  Or, you can click on the FILE menu on your browser bar and select "New Window" or "New TabWe suggest using tabs  because you can then just click on each tab within on the top of your browser window to jump from opened page to opened page.  You can also close certain pages while not affecting other pages that you have open by clicking on the "X" in the tab.  Of course, the quick fix is to close the new window - but be careful that you do not close the browser!

Pop-Ups
Some page links utilize pop-ups, so you may want to disable your pop-up blocker in order to view all the available university transfer information.

Viewing Full Pages
We understand that many transfer counselors will increase their font size to relieve eye fatigue.  If you cannot fully view the pages on this website on your screen without having to use a bottom scroll bar, or the pages do not look properly formatted, you need to either reset your font size from large to normal or change your screen resolution.

Changing Font Size
To change your font size from large to normal, left-click on START, select CONTROL PANEL, and then left-click on DISPLAY. In DISPLAY, select the tab titled APPEARANCE and set the font to normal.  Click OK to allow the new setting to take effect. The changes will stay in effect until you change it back.

Changing Screen Resolution
To change your screen resolution, left-click on START, point to SETTINGS and select CONTROL PANEL. In CONTROL PANEL, left-click on DISPLAY, and select the tab titled SETTINGS.  In the SETTINGS tab, slide the resolution bar to read at least 1024 X 768.  Click on OK.  The changes will stay in effect until you change it back.
